Rosie Johnson established Provenance in Clifden, Connemara in the summer of 2020, selling Irish linen and wool cushions, and her bespoke long stools and ottomans upholstered in vintage grainsacking.
She invited Sadhbh O’Gorman to collaborate with her to take up the architectural interior design enquiries she was receiving, and recently they moved their growing business to larger premises in town.
The shop showcases the lighting, rugs and fabrics Rosie carefully sources; useful and beautiful things suitable for both town and country homes.
It also acts as a busy working studio, where Rosie and Sadhbh can present to clients and meet with their talented makers.
They specialise mainly in soft furnishings in the form of fabrics, curtains, blinds, rugs, cushions and upholstery, and we also stock a great range of wallpapers, lamps, pendant lights, and a range of very beautiful organic tableware.
We are also privileged to showcase some stunning works of art by highly talented photographers, artists and makers, all of whom live locally in Connemara.
