especially the thermidor, with the meat pan-fried in a creamy white wine and brandy sauce.

Sunday nights belong to local legend Barry Ryan, who has been rocking the Abbeyglen bar for nearly two decades. On Mondays, Belfast native Gerry McLoughlin brings his jazz vibes to the Castle, and Tuesday is the delightful duo of Gerry Joyce and Sean Gavin. The rest of the week is equally packed — always with a hint of spontaneity.
